We are a small property services company based in Leeds offering a professional and personal service.  Our aim is to provide all of our clients with access to the same high level of workmanship whether they are a home owner, a housing association or a building manager.

Our services range from minor repairs and DIY tasks to full house refurbishments. Every job we undertake we strive to deliver on time, within budget and to the customer’s satisfaction. About myself:

 

I started plastering, carpentry and decorating 8 years ago. Being a landlord myself I know how important it is to keep properties well-maintained while keeping within a budget. I quickly realised that the standard of a lot of tradesmen was not up to what I would expect. 

After dealing with many substandard contractors I decided that I wanted to start my own company, through which I could supply customers with the standard of work I would expect in my own home. This includes the finished product but also how the job is completed.  I strive to provide a personal and friendly service while ensuring that I clean up as I am working and once the job is complete the property is left the way I found it.

I approach each job the same way, with competence and respect for people’s property in mind. I take pride in every job I do and complete it to the same high standard.
